SVP Publishing
Play.Works is a rapidly growing company based out of Tel Aviv with offices in Kiev, London and Los Angeles. The last 24 months have been record breaking on all key performance indicators including Monthly Active Users and Revenue. We are ready to take things even further and are looking for this role to be an integral part of that growth.
Play.Works has cemented itself as the defacto games service for the Connected TV landscape. Play.Works manages their Free Games by Play.Works games service with partners like Comcast, Cox, Sky, Vizio, Samsung, Roku, LG, Shaw, Videotron and more.
In this role, the SVP of Publishing will be in charge of business development,, account management, pricing, marketing and revenue management. Your main goal will be to secure new distribution channels across the connected device, cable and satellite landscape in the US and worldwide. Responsibilities extend to optimizing advertising revenue and contributing to the marketing effort.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
-SVP of Publishing will have a wide range of skills but core focus on business development and account management. Key experience required includes:
-Expertise in the Connected TV landscape (distributors, programmatic advertisers and content players)
-Demonstrated success in creating and executing on a content distribution strategy
-Experience working collaboratively with and commissioning other teams such as editors, project managers, developers, PR and sales.
-The ability to analyze and use data to guide and explain business decisions

Responsibilities
● As a Data Analyst, you will be supporting the Product and Design team to make data-driven decisions about features, events, tuning and strategy of a F2Pmobile title
● You will help drive live operations, perform A/B tests, and deliver reports and insights to key stakeholders across both the development and publishing teams
● You will also present these findings on a routine basis to leadership, both to examine past performance and determine future development on the title
● Report the daily and weekly KPIs that drive revenue and LTV

Seeking a detail oriented individual with 2+ years of experience with image and video production. Ideal candidate is a media and gaming enthusiast familiar with casual gaming, television, film and popular entertainment. The video coordinator is a hands-on position supporting the quickly expanding Play.Works streaming video channels and on demand services.
Individual will play an integral role in coordinating activities between the US and Israel teams working with former award winning media executives.
Key Responsibilities include:
